As an artist, Laura’s authenticity comes first, and she brings much joy with her along the way. She started writing songs as a teenager, and has since developed a meticulous commitment to writing and rewriting — always trying to get a song exactly right. “Back to Life,” a song on her upcoming EP that she wrote for her ill father, is the song that she has rewritten the most.
